CodeCoupler UI Update from 0.x (Initial Version) to 1.x (cc-complete)

1. An App must set templateFilename to null to avoid automatic template loading. Automatic template loading should be implemented generally in the init method.
2. The property type in the global apps definition was changed to area.
3. The script enclosure of external widget templates must be removed.
4. ccLauncher have to use the new configuration property logo to show the icon on the left top corner.
